Apple has divided iPhone 4S’ launch into three phases. The first phase started when the US and 7 other countries (Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Germany and Japan) began getting pre-orders for the iPhone 4S on October 7. These countries saw the first units on October 14, which is noted as the official launch date of the iPhone 4S.

The second phase saw green light on October 21, when 22 more countries were added to the list. They got their units on October 28. It was also said there will be 70 other countries having chance to meet the phone, but the device will be shipped to these countries sometime in December. Not it seems Apple decided to divide the last phase into several sub phases. The first batch is counted 15 countries, among them are Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Greece, Guatemala, Hong Kong, Malta, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and South Korea. The pre-orders will begin on November 4 and the iPhone 4S will be available a week later, on November 11. But there are several countries, where pre-orders will not be available, Albania, El Salvador, Guatemala, Malta, Montenegro, and Panama.

If your country is out form these lists keep waiting, as Apple won’t retard it.
